Board meeting begins at 6:30 pm at the Town Municipal. During this time of the Covid Pandemic, some or all of our Board Meetings may be held Virtually via Zoom. If you are planning on attending a Town Board Meeting please call the Town Clerk the week prior to find out whether it will take place in person or Virtually. If you want to speak at the meeting there are 2 options open to you.
1. Early privilage of the Floor - where you must request to be put on the agenda 1 week prior by contacting Scott Mahardy at Supervisor@townofdeerfield.org.
2. Late privilage of the Floor - at the end of the meeting the Town Supervisor will ask if there is anyone interested in the Late privilage of the Floor, at this time you can speak up.
