Oneida County Hazard Mitigation Plan Upaate The Town of Deerfield along with other towns are working with Oneida County Soil and Water Conservation District and Oneida County Emergency Services to re-write the Hazard Mitigation Plan. This is a requirement By FEMA For each Municipality throughout the nation to up-date every five years. Our involvement in this procedure, should we have a declaired disaster happen, would allow the Town of Deerfield to apply for FEMA money.
